Gift Certificates

Each service requires a non-refundable deposit to book (deposit price varies depending on price of service). Deposits can be transferred to other services in certain circumstances, but not refunded.

If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, you may not be able to still receive your service and will need to make a new deposit to rebook if I do not have time to accommodate your late arrival.

If you are sick/contagious or unable to attend your appointment for any other reason, please reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit (any cancellations/rescheduling under 24 hours before your appointment will mean a new deposit is required to book).

For you to receive the best results from any service, it is necessary for you to follow all aftercare instructions advised by me post service. Please reach out in the days following your service if you need clarification on any aftercare instructions!

If you no show to your appointment without prior notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your missed service cost in order to rebook (refusal to pay will result in no longer being able to book a service). Giving notice after your appointment's start time will be considered a no show.

If you are not fully honest when asked about your current skincare routine, medications, allergies and other consultation questions, you may not receive the best results possible from your service. I am not liable for any adverse reaction due to you withholding information during your consultation.
