Each service requires a non-refundable deposit to book (deposit price varies depending on price of service). Deposits can be transferred to other services in certain circumstances, but not refunded. Deposits are required when rebooking in person as well as online.

If you are later than 10 minutes to your appointment, your service time will either be cut short or your appointment will be canceled depending on my schedule. I will not cut into another client's appointment time to accommodate any late arrivals. A new deposit will be required to reschedule any missed appointments.

If you are sick/contagious or unable to attend your appointment for any other reason, please reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit (any cancellations/rescheduling under 24 hours before your appointment will mean a new deposit is required to book).

For you to receive the best results from any service, it is necessary for you to follow all aftercare instructions advised by me post service. Please reach out in the days following your service if you need clarification on any aftercare instructions!

If you no show to your appointment without prior notice, you will be required to pay 50% of your missed service cost in order to rebook (refusal to pay will result in no longer being able to book a service). Giving notice after your appointment's start time will be considered a no show.

If you are not fully honest when asked about your current skincare routine, medications, allergies and other consultation questions, you may not receive the best results possible from your service. I am not liable for any adverse reaction due to you withholding information during your consultation.

Any inappropriate conduct including but not limited to: verbal harassment, inappropriate requests, sexual comments or actions, or any other behaviors that violate professional boundaries will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of your service. If such conduct occurs, payment in full will still be required, and you will be banned from booking again.

Your comfort is my #1 priority throughout your service! While I will check in multiple times throughout your service to ensure your comfort, it is very important that you vocalize any discomfort or confusion throughout your session. Your feedback gives me the opportunity to adjust the treatment to best fit your needs.

While body odor is sometimes unavoidable, it is important that clients maintain personal hygiene before coming for an appointment. Please come either freshly showered or bring wipes to wipe away sweat/smell before your appointment if you do not have time to shower. Maintaining good personal hygiene helps create a more pleasant and sanitary experience for both you as a client and me as your esthetician/massage therapist.
